Maintain responsibility for all staffing, scheduling, and maintaining of rigorous training
Participate in and encourage staff to participate in education programs and in-service training
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data
Control expenses within area of responsibility
Communicate with administration concerns, issues, variances
Establish work standards and workflow within productivity guidelines
Qualification
Required
minimum of 5 years management level experience required
Must be able to communicate with all levels of staff, including administration
Must exhibit strong skills in both oral and written communication
Must exhibit high energy and motivation to in turn motivate staff
Must be very well organized
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience in an acute care healthcare setting preferred
