Forecasting and organizing project teams for design, production, and project document delivery
Successfully executing projects following Page’s and Owner’s protocols and procedures to reach the best solution
Coordinating with consultants, team members and the client
Developing strong client, consultant, and collaborator relationships
Understanding budget, code, and jurisdictional requirements
Providing mentorship and guidance to the project team
Collaborating on project fee development and project proposals
Championing quality at every step of the process
Occasional travel within the US
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 15 years of experience
Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of technical and managerial professionals
Experience managing the design of resilient highly integrated datacenter facilities
Client-facing and team-facing responsibilities
Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary design team
Experience in forecasting and organizing project teams for design, production, and project document delivery
Ability to execute projects following protocols and procedures
Experience coordinating with consultants, team members, and clients
Ability to develop strong client, consultant, and collaborator relationships
Understanding of budget, code, and jurisdictional requirements
Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to the project team
Experience collaborating on project fee development and project proposals
Commitment to championing quality at every step of the process
Willingness to travel occasionally within the US
