VP, Regulatory Change

Responsibilities
Design, implement and oversee end-to-end governance frameworks for regulatory change management and advocacy initiatives
Facilitate and administer cross-functional regulatory change committees, working groups and escalation forums to establish implementation plans and ownership for new and amended regulations and MUSO’s position for advocacy initiatives
Develop, implement and continuously enhance reporting protocols to inform senior leadership, the Board, and other stakeholders of the status of regulatory changes and advocacy initiatives
Prepare and present executive-ready reports and dashboards related to regulatory change efforts and risk of non-compliance
Establish and maintain policies, procedures and standards for identifying, tracking and responding to regulatory developments
Qualification
Required
Experience in regulatory change management
Strong leadership skills
Ability to design and implement governance frameworks
Experience facilitating cross-functional committees and working groups
Proven ability to develop and enhance reporting protocols
Strong presentation skills for executive-level reporting
Knowledge of policies, procedures, and standards related to regulatory developments
