They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to develop and execute public relations strategies, manage client communication, and support new business efforts while mentoring team members.

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with clients to develop and execute public relations strategies that align with their businesses
Managing client communication
Developing media relations
Identifying opportunities for coverage
Crafting compelling pitches
Generating press materials
Support new business efforts
Mentor team members
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency
Qualification
Required
Strong background in Public Relations, Media Relations, and Relationship Building
Proficiency in creating Press Releases, Pitches, and other effective communication materials
Experience in Account Management, Strategy Development, and Client Collaboration
Ability to lead and mentor team members while driving collaborative efforts
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience working with or representing start-ups is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
