Responsibilities
Supervise and train claims processing staff to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Manage the warranty and claims process from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Resolve complex claims issues and disputes by conducting thorough investigations and communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders
Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance service delivery
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards in all warranty and claims activities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the claims process
Lead team meetings, provide coaching and feedback to team members, and foster a collaborative work environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warranty and claims processing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong customer service orientation with proven problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills to assess claims data and identify trends
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk assessment in the warranty and claims industry
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
