Warehouse Manager
Confidential company is seeking a Warehouse Manager who will lead warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management. The role involves overseeing a skilled team, maintaining optimal stock levels, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
Direct all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
Maintain accurate inventory through forecasting, cycle counts, and reconciliations
Design and maintain an efficient warehouse layout that supports smooth material flow and maximizes space
Oversee parts distribution to manufacturing, service centers, and external customers, ensuring on-time delivery
Partner with procurement, production, and service teams to anticipate demand and prevent delays
Ensure consistent Epicor utilization for tracking, accuracy, and full visibility of materials movement
Uphold operational discipline—accuracy, safety, and efficiency are the foundation of performance
Lead from the floor—set expectations, communicate priorities, and follow through
Develop, coach, and evaluate team members to build capability and accountability
Approve schedules, conduct performance reviews, and recognize strong contributors
Maintain a culture of teamwork, respect, and operational excellence
Model the standards you expect—safety, consistency, and reliability
Track and analyze key metrics for inventory accuracy, fulfillment, and supplier performance
Prepare clear, data-driven reports and communicate progress to leadership
Identify and lead process improvements that reduce waste and increase productivity
Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse functions
Champion Epicor system utilization—train others, troubleshoot issues, and promote data integrity
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment—safety is non-negotiable
Ensure full compliance with company and regulatory standards
Keep documentation complete and audit-ready for all shipping and inventory records
Promote a proactive approach to safety—train, monitor, and reinforce daily
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience managing parts inventory or warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing
Proven track record of leading teams and driving results
Advanced knowledge of Epicor or similar ERP systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
Excellent communication and leadership presence at all levels
Understanding of safety regulations, inventory controls, and logistics best practices
Preferred
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies preferred
