Inspect and prepare loads for movement
Set, align, and level heavy equipment machinery
Maneuver loads using heavy equipment machinery and manual handling
Ensure compliance with state and company safety procedures
Communicate effectively with rigging and construction teams
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
In-depth knowledge of heavy machinery operations
Ability to work at heights and in noisy environments
Strong mathematical skills
Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment
Capability to work outdoors in harsh weather conditions
