Responsibilities

Driving the successful adoption of change initiatives across the organization

Managing changes within our organization (ECI, ECR, PCR, IPCR’s)

Supporting cross-functional teams throughout the change point

Lead working group meetings

Maintain tracking matrix

Create required forms

Ship audits

Create schedules & handoffs to support each change point

Ensuring all departments have the necessary documentation completed and submitted
