Morgan Hunter is seeking an upbeat, motivated Seasonal Front Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to support several exciting clients throughout the Kansas City metro area. The role involves delivering outstanding customer service, managing executive leadership tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Be the welcoming face of the organization—deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive first impression for every visitor
Support executive leadership, including managing inboxes and preparing polished correspondence
Handle incoming calls with confidence—direct, transfer, and assist callers with the info they need
Keep calendars running smoothly and help coordinate meetings and appointments
Play a key role in company culture by supporting special events and community-engagement activities
Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting reception and kitchen area
Track and order office supplies to keep things running efficiently
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Assist with scanning, filing, and data organization
Support basic accounting functions, including invoice entry and expense-report preparation
Jump in wherever needed to keep daily operations running seamlessly
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of front-desk or administrative experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication with top-tier proofreading abilities
A friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor
Exceptional people skills and a customer-first approach
Incredible attention to detail and strong organizational habits
