Responsibilities

Manage company-wide data systems and related projects, supporting data governance for the business

Collaborate with partner teams to drive results across the company, defining company technical requirements for systems and processes for development and/or enhancement

Identify root causes of problems and use data-driven approaches to develop and implement new business processes and solutions

Conduct analysis, interpret technical documents and process, and draw valid conclusions regarding user needs and business requirements

Provide technical guidance; develop and update user documentation, written instructions, training guides, and manuals; meet with users to provide information regarding system changes and enhancements

Required

Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in technical field, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or related field required

At least 5-7 years of experience working as a data/systems analyst, project management, process improvement, or similar role

Experience with analyzing large sets of data, ensure data integrity thru operations management, track and drive systems enhancement tasks and related projects

Ability to structure and perform complex analysis within Excel and related BI tools such as Tableau, Data Cubes, SAP BI or similar databases

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex or technical concepts into simple terms to working level teams as well as executives

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity, and managing competing priorities

Organized, detail-oriented, and strong analytics experience

Willing to work 4-5 days in the office per HR guideline and travel up to 10% of your time

Preferred

MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
