Responsibilities

Build executive-level relationships and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Secure cross-sell, upsell, migration, and transformation opportunities
Drive customer growth through strategic account planning and Mutual Action Plans
Deliver impactful presentations and virtual demos to decision-makers
Partner with clients to understand their goals, budgets, and timelines
Lead contract renewals, proposals, and negotiations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and project milestones
Represent Texada at trade shows and customer events
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Qualification

Required

7+ years of experience in strategic/enterprise SaaS or Cloud sales, ideally with a focus on large, complex accounts
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record in strategic/enterprise SaaS or Cloud sales
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to present complex solutions clearly
Experience closing complex deals with executive stakeholders
Competitive drive with a process-oriented and relationship-focused approach
Proficiency with CRM best practices and disciplined sales process execution
Exceptional listening, collaboration, and customer service mindset
Business acumen in contracts, margins, and revenue growth
Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance content creation, personalize messaging, and improve workflow efficiency
