As a Summer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across our Tax, Financial Services, and Legal divisions, contributing to real client work while learning from experienced professionals committed to your development.
Responsibilities
Engage directly with clients to answer questions, resolve service requests, and provide status updates
Participate in client meetings and planning sessions, offering support and contributing insights
Assist with the preparation and filing of individual and business tax returns
Review financial documents and identify opportunities for tax savings
Conduct research on current federal and state tax regulations to ensure compliance and support advisory recommendations
Prepare account summaries, tax documents, and financial reports for client review
Process account applications and handle account-related updates
Support financial advisors with research, documentation, and preparation of member strategies that align with financial goals
Draft, format, and organize legal documents, contracts, and case files
Conduct research and prepare summaries to support attorneys and estate planning professionals
Assist with preparation for hearings, client meetings, and ongoing cases
Qualification
Required
Pursuing degrees in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A passion for delivering high-quality, client-focused service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with an eagerness to grow
Preferred
Experience with financial or tax software is a plus
