The Senior Associate, Affiliate will support the day-to-day operations of the Affiliate team, focusing on onboarding brands, maintaining affiliate programs, and ensuring accurate tracking and commission data.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring proper setup within the ShopMy network
Track brand performance, highlighting and identifying areas for growth and optimization
Build strong relationships with commissionable partners, ensuring their ongoing success and engagement with ShopMy
Partner with internal team members to document workflows, streamline processes, and escalate complex issues as needed

Qualification

Required

2-4 years of experience in affiliate and/or influencer marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with strong ability to interpret data and surface insights
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
Comfort with technical systems, data, or backend tools

Preferred

Experience using affiliate networks like Rakuten, Impact, ShareASale, or CJ
Previous experience helping to scale a creator marketing or affiliate program
