Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and evaluating new market opportunities, leveraging tools such as market research, zoning analysis, and financial modeling
Support feasibility assessments of potential development sites, reviewing economic and demographic trends, zoning laws, and infrastructure considerations
Prepare financial proformas, reports, and presentations to support decision-making processes
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand entitlement processes, design considerations, and development strategies
Participate in site visits, stakeholder meetings, and project planning discussions to gain a first-hand understanding of real estate development
Maintain organized records of market research, deal pipeline updates, and strategic recommendations

Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required
