Software Solutions Architect
Texas Instruments is seeking a highly experienced Software Solutions Architect to join their Factory Scheduling & Simulation team. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to optimize factory scheduling and simulation for both wafer and backend manufacturing.

Responsibilities
Design and develop software architectures to support factory scheduling and simulation, including data pipelines, web applications, and simulation models
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions
Develop and implement software solutions using a variety of programming languages, including Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, and PHP
Ensure software solutions are scalable, efficient, and reliable
Collaborate with data engineers to integrate software solutions with data pipelines and architectures
Develop and maintain software documentation and metadata
Ensure software solutions meet security, quality, and compliance requirements
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, including mentoring and coaching junior engineers
Coordinate solutions across business, data analysts, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and successful implementation
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
Collaborate with data analysts to ensure that software solutions are data-driven and provide actionable insights
Partner with IT teams to ensure that software solutions are properly integrated with existing systems and infrastructure
Identify and mitigate technical risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, data analysts, and IT professionals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in designing and developing software architectures
Experience in developing software solutions using programming languages including Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, and PHP
Ability to ensure software solutions are scalable, efficient, and reliable
Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions
Experience in integrating software solutions with data pipelines and architectures
Ability to develop and maintain software documentation and metadata
Knowledge of security, quality, and compliance requirements
Experience in providing technical leadership and guidance to a team
Ability to coordinate solutions across business, data analysts, and IT teams
Experience in working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs
Experience in collaborating with data analysts to ensure software solutions are data-driven
Ability to partner with IT teams for proper integration of software solutions
Experience in identifying and mitigating technical risks
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
