This senior-level role is responsible for driving the financial strategy, growth, and stability of the company, overseeing all financial operations and providing insights to support land acquisition and new home projects.

Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives
Manage corporate structure and entity setup, including forming and maintaining LLCs and related partnerships
Guide capital planning, cash flow management, and banking relationships
Lead risk management, audit, and compliance functions
Provide financial insight to support land acquisition, development, and new home projects
Supervise accounting and finance staff to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive—preferably in the new home construction, real estate development, or related industry
Strong understanding of corporate structuring, including creating and managing LLCs
Deep knowledge of financial modeling, GAAP, and real estate accounting principles
Results-oriented leader with excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills
