Administrative Support II
HCJ CPAs & Advisors is seeking an Administrative Support II to provide clerical support and client services. The role involves managing office tasks such as answering calls, maintaining schedules, and ensuring the cleanliness of common areas.

Responsibilities
Serves as receptionist by answering calls and greeting clients
Manages conference room schedules
Sorts and distributes incoming mail; prepares and records outgoing mail
Maintains appearance of common areas and cleanliness of breakroom/kitchen daily
Runs daily errands
Maintains inventory and organization of office supply closet and maintenance closet
Accepts client documents and payments
Posts client payments
Preps returns for obtaining client signatures
Sets up and maintains client data/profiles in software
Maintains appearance of common areas and cleanliness of breakroom/kitchen daily
Cross trains with other administrative roles to maintain office efficiency
Stocks workstations with paper and toner
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Two years of customer service in a professional office
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
Must have a driver's license and a clean driving history
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Anticipate and solve problems with original and tailored solutions
