Responsibilities
Define a forward-looking product strategy that aligns with industry trends, technology advancements and customer needs
Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key features, value propositions and competitive differentiation
Provide strategic guidance to junior product managers and the product team, fostering innovation and a culture of excellence
Play a leadership role and drive the progress of the product management function
Advise executive management and key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy
Foster strong relationships with key customers, gathering deep insights and feedback to shape product enhancements and future offerings
Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer feedback assessments to refine product strategies and prioritize development efforts
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop impactful go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials
Provide thought leadership and support in customer-facing activities, industry events, and product launch initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in relevant area or demonstrated competence
Typically 10+ years of relevant experience
Outstanding strategic thinking, data-driven decision making and problem-solving capabilities
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide team members
Mastery of complex hardware and software systems
Ability to communicate across the organization, including both technical and non-technical audiences, to convey critical information and processes in a clear and concise fashion
Product development leadership experience, including demonstrated examples of management through influence as well as collaboration in a complex, multi-cultural global environment, building a culture of accountability
Outstanding organizational and innovation skills
Strong executive presence, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
Preferred
Strong subject matter expertise in Unified Communications and Collaboration, video systems, audio systems and related topics
