Fiscal Officer III

Responsibilities
Manage the finances for Departmental programs
Monitor progress made toward achieving program objectives and goals
Evaluate work progress and accomplishments and make appropriate program adjustments
Report to the Director for Center for Operation and serve as assistant to the Center Director for all financial matters
Plan, organize and direct the preparation of operating and capital improvement budgets
Provide analyses on which to base financial and funding-related policy decisions
Direct acquisition of real property
Direct the development, implementation and maintenance of fiscal and operating reporting and payment systems
