Responsibilities

Partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to align hiring plans with talent priorities, foster a close and collaborative relationship between recruiting and hiring teams

Engaging in campus recruitment and industry events to build relationships, promote BlackRock’s brand, and connect with top early-career talent

Customizing marketing and sourcing strategies across our portfolio of partners

Proactively identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with a broad spectrum of candidate segments—including students from varied academic backgrounds, experiences, and interests—by leveraging targeted outreach strategies, digital platforms, and campus partnerships to build a robust talent pipeline

Delivering a differentiated candidate experience from discovery to onboarding

Leveraging data to implement tactics aligned with our hiring strategy

Thriving in a fast-paced environment, being attentive to detailed business processes, and possessing strong communication skills

Building and maintaining strong partnerships with target schools, faculty, and student organizations to enhance BlackRock’s brand at universities
