The role involves collaborating with design and construction teams to oversee renovation and new construction projects for food service and retail locations, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing construction administration support.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the in house design and construction management team to plan and develop new build and renovation projects for restaurant and commercial properties

Produce full sets of biddable and buildable construction drawings using AutoCAD and related tools

Coordinate with external engineers, consultants, and vendors to integrate structural, MEP and site requirements

Ensure compliance with local building, zoning and permitting regulations and handle documentation for municipal approvals

Provide construction administration support, including site visits, punch lists, and coordination through project close?out

Participate in programmatic design reviews and training sessions with the franchisor and brand stakeholders
