Responsibilities

Validate import documentation for compliance and accuracy
Facilitate customs clearance via brokers or self-brokerage processes
Identify and assign correct tariff codes (HTS, Schedule B) for all imported/exported products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and troubleshoot challenges
Coordinate daily import/export functions with vendors, customs brokers, and freight forwarders
Resolve issues and discrepancies in customs clearance and documentation
Prepare, process, and verify commercial documents for all shipments
Audit vendor invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
Maintain accurate system data for visibility, tracking, and reporting
Ensure complete documentation and recordkeeping for audit compliance
Support internal and external audits as needed
Perform additional duties with adaptability and strong problem-solving skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Business Operations, or related field
Experience with ACE or global customs systems strongly preferred
Strong understanding of import/export regulations and tariff classifications
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Skilled in research, analysis, and logical decision-making
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Customer service mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability
Proficiency with MS Office, ERP systems, and supply chain software
