The Resolutions Operations Intern will support operational activities and projects within the Resolutions department, focusing on improving service delivery and understanding the insurance claim's lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Support projects and operational activities for the Resolutions department including end-to-end department business process mapping, planning and preparation for technology projects, information security and data governance, claim quality assessment, best practices for vendor management and claim expense and outcome trend analysis
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in Bachelor's degree program
Professional, adaptable and positive attitude
Strong research, analytical and time management skills
Interest in the insurance, legal and/or claim industries
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable performing in a hybrid team environment working both independently and collaboratively
Professional, adaptable, and congenial attitude
Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service and interpersonal skills
