Responsibilities

Provide expert advice and guidance to Electric Membership Corporation (EMC) and Municipals clients on business strategy, operations, and organizational development

Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions

Lead and manage cross-functional consulting projects from inception to completion

Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and workshops for clients and internal teams

Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices to inform strategic decisions

Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners

Actively listen to and comprehend client needs, ensuring that proposed solutions are tailored and relevant to their unique challenges

Demonstrate the ability to grasp the overarching strategic vision while meticulously managing and executing the detailed steps required to achieve organizational objectives

Maintain a commitment to excellence by consistently striving for optimal results

Effectively balance and prioritize multiple concurrent projects, showcasing strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities in a dynamic consulting environment

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the operations and/or management of an Electric Membership Corporation (EMC) with demonstrated leadership of new product launches or change initiatives

Exceptional analytical, creative problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and delivering measurable results

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
