Assistant Vice President, Sales – Agentic AI

Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies and pipeline management for Agentic AI
Utilize domain knowledge in the insurance sector to drive business solutions in areas like underwriting and claims
Identify potential clients through networking and social media to expand Genpact’s market presence
Cultivate existing accounts for new opportunities and facilitate the transition of engagements to Agentic
Identify and develop opportunities for our proprietary Agentic software as a service (SaaS) solution in the insurance domain
Understand artificial intelligence technologies such as gen AI, Agentic, machine learning, large language models, and more
Provide expertise to internal teams. Participate in requests for information, requests for proposal, proactive bids, customer-facing envisioning sessions/demonstrations, assessments, and workshops. Collaborate with product, implementation, and segment teams to share client forecasting and requirements of solutions
Assist in delivery estimations, solutioning, and pricing for proposed client solutions. Work with Genpact’s legal team and clients in reviewing commercial agreements, licenses/SaaS agreements, statements of work, change requests, and so on
Collaborate with Genpact sales, solutions teams, subject matter experts, partner account teams like Microsoft, and other consulting leaders within Genpact to establish and grow client relationships
Support CXO-level relationship building while assisting in coaching the Agentic sales team
Qualification
Required
Understanding of the insurance domain across industries like consumer packaged goods (CPG), high tech, and manufacturing
Competence in prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals
Experience in driving SaaS product sales
Strong verbal and written communication to convey complex information and build client relationships
Focus on understanding and addressing customer needs and pain points
Ability to identify customer problems and propose tailored solutions
Flexibility to adapt to different customer needs and market changes
Determination to pursue leads and handle rejection positively
Ability to collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Preferred
Expertise in one or more industry verticals such as manufacturing, high tech software, hardware, hospitality, services, logistics, media, telecommunications (telco), or entertainment
Role model in curious, incisive, and courageous behavior on a bedrock of integrity
Willingness to work across Genpact, client teams, and Genpact's SaaS partners to maximize impact through new ways of working
Knowledge of SaaS architecture, integrations, and domain expertise
Ability to engage with C-level executives on the client side
