Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for strategic enterprise and mid-market sales roles across North America, including Canada and LATAM
Own full-cycle recruiting for Mid-Market AEs, Enterprise Account Directors, RVPs/AVPs, Sales RevOps, and Solution Consulting roles
Partner closely with Sales and GTM leadership to understand hiring priorities, territories, and capacity plans
Build deep, targeted talent pipelines and conduct structured interviews to assess enterprise selling skills and leadership impact
Maintain rigorous process discipline across pipelines, reporting, forecasting, and compliance
Deliver a seamless, high-touch experience to candidates and hiring partners from first touch to offer
Build and maintain deep talent pipelines for critical roles, anticipating future hiring needs aligned with business growth
Execute structured, high-quality interviews to assess sales skills, leadership impact, and track record of quota achievement
Manage multiple searches with rigor, applying process-driven discipline in pipelines, reporting, and forecasts

Required

5–15 years of experience recruiting in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology companies, with deep expertise in quota-carrying sales roles across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
Proven track record of successfully hiring high-performing for GTM
Exceptional sourcing skills with a demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and convert top sales talent in competitive markets, including passive candidates
Highly process-driven, extremely organized, and able to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously while maintaining pipeline quality and forecasting accuracy
Strong ability to assess enterprise sales competencies, quota attainment history, leadership potential, and ability to build and manage a sales pipeline
Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills, capable of partnering with Sales leadership to advise on hiring strategy, provide market intelligence, and deliver a seamless candidate experience
Data-informed approach to recruiting with the ability to track metrics, analyze trends, and continuously improve sourcing and hiring processes
