Responsibilities
Gather HR-related needs from the field and translate them into clear and detailed User Stories
Manage SAP SuccessFactors modules end-to-end - from initial requirement, through design and specification, to implementation and go-live
Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to ensure smooth delivery
Oversee testing, rollout, and continuous improvement of implemented solutions
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager
Proven experience in gathering business requirements and converting them into User Stories
Strong understanding of HR processes and HRIS systems
End-to-end ownership of SuccessFactors modules, including design, specification, and implementation
Experience working in matrix or cross-functional environments
Preferred
familiarity with SuccessFactors configuration or customization
