Qualification
Required
Expertise in Law, with a focus on Business Law and Real Estate Law, Financial transactions, Contract preparations
Experience with Labor and Employment Law, and the ability to address employment-related legal matters
Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and drafting clear, concise legal documents
Proficiency in Research and Legal Analysis to inform case strategies
Negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients
Eligibility to practice law in Pennsylvania, with an active state bar license
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Preferred
New Jersey bar admission is preferred
Relevant experience in Business and Real Estate law is highly preferred
