They are seeking a Founding Engineer to own core product development across their Voice AI stack, working directly with the founders to build systems for call centers, compliance pipelines, and AI agent orchestration.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy core systems across our Voice AI platform including agent flows, routing rules, transcription pipelines, compliance logic, and call analytics
Lead development on our Next.js front-end, FastAPI backend, and Supabase Postgres database
Architect reliable and high-precision compliance features such as consent checks, quiet-hour enforcement, call ledger events, and audit trails
Build tools that help customers manage locations, call scripts, commitments, and performance dashboards
Improve real-time call stability, latency, and failover using our telecom partners, Redis, and event-driven workers
Own production incidents end-to-end, from root-cause to fix
Ship features fast, iterate directly with customers, and help drive engineering culture and standards
Work closely with founders on product strategy and long-term technical direction
Qualification
Required
Experience building and deploying AI agents
Deep understanding on how to extract the most out of AI coding tools without losing engineering fundamentals
Experience with Python or TypeScript backend services, ideally including FastAPI or Node
Proficiency with relational databases (Postgres), SQL, and schema design
Comfort working across the stack and taking ownership of complex, messy problems
Clear communication and a bias toward action, iteration, and customer-driven thinking
Preferred
Experience with telephony, audio streaming, SIP, WebRTC, or real-time systems
Prior work on LLM Evals
Experience with Supabase, Redis, Porter, or AWS
Background working in regulated markets (finance, healthcare, collections, automotive)
