Responsibilities

Perform daily system operations tasks across multiple Active Directory forests/domains to verify system integrity and availability
Perform ongoing performance tuning of Directory Services, upgrades, and resource optimization
Utilize SCOM to monitor Active Directory and Windows-based servers; respond to alarms in a timely manner, preventing client impact and performance degradation
Core Networking and DNS principles
Microsoft Configuration Manager
Coordinate changes and communicate with impacted stakeholders
Complete multi-month projects led by Technology Architects or Lead Directory Services Engineers
Create automation utilizing tools such as PowerShell, and Terraform to optimize daily activities
Deploy, setup, and maintain testing environments
Provide Tier III and/or other support per service requests
Advise, deploy, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs) at an enterprise-level
Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery

Required

Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration with emphasis in information systems and 3 years of IT related work experience
Perform daily system operations tasks across multiple Active Directory forests/domains to verify system integrity and availability

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
