Responsibilities

Audit and enhance existing data infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving data quality issues
Design and implement analytics solutions that enable self-service and empower analytics with greater clarity & velocity
Architect and optimize end-to-end data pipelines to ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance
Collaborate with data platform, data enablement, and analytics teams to define data requirements and deliver integrated solutions
Lead the development and adoption of best practices for data governance, documentation, and process automation
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend tools or frameworks to advance the team’s capabilities

Required

Deep expertise in data architecture, pipeline development, and analytics solution design

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working cross-functionally
A passion for mentoring others and advancing data best practices within a high-growth environment
