Responsibilities
Supports the Construction Project Managers in the management of the engineering consultants who prepare the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing specifications for projects
Reads and review plans and contract documents related to coordination of design projects and standardization efforts
Manages AE standardization efforts as it relates to Life Safety and Codes in drawings and master specifications
Supports the Construction Project Managers for coordination with vendors including AE consultants. Performs necessary site visits to ensure adherence to design guidelines and specifications of design projects
Coordinates with AE consultants all necessary design standards documentation to adhere to design guidelines and specifications on contract documents
Proactively seeks to understand the needs of our customers. Performs research, provides support, guidance, recommendation deliver the highest standards of service
Evaluates, recommends, and executes continuous improvements to policies, standards, procedures and guidelines
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Education Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering or related design field
Experience 5 years professional level experience in related industry field
Preferred
Experience Architectural Design Project Management experience
