Responsibilities

Account leadership: Oversee multiple accounts, and dive in deep when needed, to ensure the deliverables are streamlined and exceed client expectations

Manage direct report(s) and act as a coach to team members, providing feedback to help staff grow and advance in their careers at Hoffman

Client relations: Develop strong relationships with clients by leading client meetings, providing recommendations, and setting expectations for program execution and results

Media relations: Drive strategy, and participate in pitching, to secure coverage that meets client objectives

Content creation: Review key content pieces and drive development of PR plans for clients

Measurement: Track results against quarterly and annual goals and adjust as needed to ensure the metrics are achieved

New business: Contribute to RFPs and participate in new business presentations as needed
