Responsibilities
Lead the Migration Journey: Solely drive or partner with senior engineers to transition on-premise customers into high-performance cloud environments
Architect Custom Integrations: Collaborate with customers to seamlessly integrate third-party applications within our cutting-edge cloud software deployments
Champion Automation: Identify opportunities to replace manual tasks with intelligent automation, improving installation and deployment scripts for global efficiency
Optimize Platform Performance: Coordinate with cloud engineers to debug, troubleshoot, and prevent system bottlenecks within a 24x7 production ecosystem
Innovate and Explore: Research new technologies and concepts to create novel solutions for complex cloud infrastructure challenges
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with Cloud Administration using AWS or Azure
Deep knowledge of Windows Server administration (AD, DNS, IIS) and supporting 24x7 production environments
Solid proficiency in Windows PowerShell for task automation and system management
Demonstrated expertise with SSRS and Crystal Reports
Ability to maintain high-quality deliverables as project priorities shift in a team-centric environment
Preferred
Experience with system automation tools like Puppet or Chef
Advanced knowledge of metrics and alerts for uptime performance and usage
Familiarity with virtual deployment strategies in a SaaS environment
