Develop all branch staff through targeted coaching to empower members with guidance, confidence, and solutions they need to thrive

Provide productive learning environment and development opportunities to prepare ABM for future branch management role

Foster a culture of accountability focused on member financial well-being throughout the branch

Conduct performance reviews, address gaps promptly, and identify advancement opportunities

Drive overall branch sales revenue through personal example and team coaching using structured sales methodology

Ensure consistent use of CRM systems to maximize member financial wellness opportunities and deepen relationships

Enforce established member service standards while modeling exceptional relationship-building behaviors

Handle complex member issues with strategic focus on retention and satisfaction

Maintain strong operational knowledge and ensure adherence to all compliance requirements and audit standards

Ensure timely team training on operational changes, new product delivery, and system updates by required deadlines

Oversee branch performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement improvement strategies

Ensure smooth branch functioning including staffing, security, and technology system

Lead community engagement initiatives and establish local partnerships to generate new business opportunities

Actively participate in community events and networking to strengthen organizational presence and reputation

Partner with other business lines to optimize member experience and support enterprise initiatives
