Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking motivated individuals to fill Data Center Logistics Specialist positions. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, maintaining records, and ensuring safety and organization within the data center environment.

Responsibilities
Ensure that all billing associated with the Inventory supply chain is accurate, validated and ready for processing
Assembling, addressing, stamping and arranging for the shipment of merchandise and materials
Assist in daily scheduling of deliveries and pick-ups to and from production locations
Keep precise records of all commodities going in and out of company
Understand all aspects of production, adhere to strict safety standards, maintain very high quality, and be willing and able to work on powered equipment (i.e forklift or cherry picker)
Qualification
Required
1+ years of logistics operations experience
Strong work ethic

Ability to meet deadlines
Commitment to Safety & Operational Excellence
Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
Experience and knowledge of reverse logistics processes
Ability to handle vendor relationships
Ability to keep precise records of all commodities going in and out of company
Ability to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of all work spaces
Availability to work weekend shift work
Ability to work on powered equipment (i.e forklift or cherry picker)
Preferred
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making
