Responsibilities

Provide analytical support for Harwood's multi-year financial modeling and strategic planning processes, with a focus on development and investment strategies

Develop financial models to project revenue, costs and profitability of potential projects

Analyze the financial feasibility of new investment opportunities for different development options (e.g., office, multi-family, hotel, retail) and investment strategies

Prepare offering memorandums and reports for stakeholders, including ownership, lenders, and investors

Identify and assess potential risks associated with projects, such as market / economic fluctuations, construction delays, and collaborate with the Head of Development to establish mitigation strategies to ensure project success

Assist with the marketing and pre-leasing efforts of new developments

Stay informed on market trends and industry developments to provide strategic insights that support project decision-making
