Production Support Specialist

Responsibilities
Preparing technical documentation regarding the process phases, related methods, and cycle times
Supporting production during start-ups by training indirect and direct staff
Ensuring that updated process and technical documentation are provided to Supply Chain Management teams to support supplier evaluations and proper supplier agreements
Participating in the definition of action plans, training of relevant Maintenance and Production teams, and other support activities during the internal/external process and equipment start-up
Qualification
Required
Engaged in electrical & mechanical design practices and enjoy working downstream of technical documentation and specifications
Ability to demonstrate experience in manipulating and interpreting 3d models, which directly relate to execution of production fixture assembly and revision of MOTR production documentation
Passionate about practical problem solving, mistake proofing, and process improvement
Associate's degree, or bachelor's degree in fields such as Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent demonstrated work experience
At ease communicating manufacturing/design concepts with engineers and production employees
