Program Manager/Task Order Manager
KSA Integration is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that provides business and management solutions. The Program Manager/Task Order Manager will lead contractor support to a Department of War customer, serving as the primary interface with the government and ensuring the execution of all program management, engineering, and logistics deliverables.

Responsibilities
Manage all contractual, technical, and administrative aspects of the task order
Oversee team structure, resource allocation, and deliverable quality
Ensure compliance with PWS requirements, timelines, and reporting standards
Provide corrective action plans and manage subcontractor performance
Represent the contractor in meetings, reviews, and official communications
Qualification
Required
Experience in program/project management within DoW acquisition environment
Strong understanding of Marine Corps Programs
Knowledge of FAR, DoD acquisition policies, and risk management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Preferred
PMP Certification
Masters Degree
