Riddell is a company seeking a Sales Support Intern to gain hands-on experience in order management and data analysis. The role involves assisting Sales Support Specialists and learning about the sales organization while contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Assist the Sales Support Specialists in monitoring the order flow lifecycle, ensuring orders move accurately from entry to shipment
Support the identification and resolution of common order holds (e.g., credit issues, missing purchase orders, artwork questions, incomplete data)
Assist in the order entry process for apparel, hard goods, and reconditioning when needed
Learn to run and interpret reports to help monitor operational workflow, bottlenecks, and trends
Help document FAQs, process walk-throughs, and troubleshooting guides for sales reps using Hybris, our sales portal, or SAP-related workflows
Assist with basic troubleshooting for order-related questions, account status updates, or system navigation issues
Contribute ideas and feedback to help improve sales processes, system usability, and order efficiency
Participate in special projects including but not limited to system enhancements, data cleanup, and improved communication

Required

Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with moderate guidance while balancing multiple tasks
Strong customer focus, problem-solving capability, and willingness to learn
Ability to establish and maintain productive and effective interactions with multiple departments
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Familiarity with SAP is a plus
