Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and support a team of engineers, focusing on performance management, coaching, career growth, and creating a high-performing, inclusive team environment
Define and drive clear, outcome-oriented strategy aligned with company objectives
Ensure teams ship high-quality work at a healthy, sustainable pace
Establish and maintain high standards of technical excellence and operational maturity
Collaborate across functions and teams to define priorities, scope, and success criteria
Set clear expectations, drive accountability, and follow through on commitments

Required

3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams, delivering measurable results at scale
Strong technical background and ability to guide architecture, technical direction, and decisions
Track record of delivering large, complex, cross-functional projects on time
Ability to recruit, hire, and retain exceptional engineering talent
Ability to create and maintain an inclusive, high-performing, and engaged team environment
Ability to navigate ambiguity, make decisions quickly, and take accountability for outcomes
Experience managing remote, distributed teams effectively
