Manage a diverse caseload with opportunities for direct client interaction
Draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents with precision
Conduct research to build strong legal arguments
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, colleagues, and the court
Work directly with a fully remote team of legal professionals
Confidently represent clients in hearings, negotiations, and trials both in court and virtually
Qualification
Required
Are a licensed California attorney
Have 2+ years of Family Law and relevant experience
Possess strong writing, research, and communication skills
Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Are organized, resilient, and ready to learn
