The Asset Manager/CMMS Analyst will ensure the proper development and use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) while partnering with colleagues to maintain equipment reliability and troubleshoot CMMS issues.

Responsibilities
Ensure proper development and use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) within ADM
Partner with other colleagues throughout the development of the reliability strategy to maintain and critically assess the equipment
Troubleshoot CMMS issues and research various CMMS topics for the Maintenance departments
Help with various standardization efforts across the organization
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in CMMS administration or analysis
IBM Maximo expertise (navigation, work orders, preventive maintenance, asset hierarchies)
Basic SQL skills for data queries and reporting
Understanding of CMMS/EAM principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and documentation skills
Ability to support and train end users
Understanding of asset management and reliability best practices
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
Preferred
Knowledge of reporting and visualization tools (BIRT, Power Bi, Tableau)
IBM Maximo certification
ITIL Foundation certification
Experience with data cleansing and migration
Project experience (implementations, upgrades, change management)
