Responsibilities
Develop and execute a clear product vision and strategy in collaboration with leadership
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform the product roadmap and pricing models
Clearly articulate the business value of features and ensure alignment across leadership, engineering, and analysis teams
Prioritize roadmap features based on client value and strategic alignment
Define detailed product requirements, including functional specs and user experience expectations
Partner with engineering and design to create epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Regularly gather and incorporate client feedback to drive product improvements
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in the online safety/disinformation space
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in a product management role for cloud-based web applications
Proven success in launching high-quality products on-time that meet user and business needs
Experience working in agile environments and using agile development tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write epics/stories and collaborate cross-functionally
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with UI/UX collaboration and design tools such as Figma
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workspace tools
