Business Development Associate

Amplify is a fast-growing WealthTech platform designed for modern advisory firms. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating new business, managing the sales lifecycle, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the client onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

Proactively source and qualify leads across RIAs, broker-dealers, and financial advisory firms
Drive consistent outbound activity: calls, email outreach, webinars, virtual and in-person meetings, and event follow-ups
Manage the complete sales process, prospecting, presenting, negotiating, closing, and transitioning new clients
Partner closely with the sales team to align messaging, strategy, and pipeline development
Work with Marketing, Product, and Client Success to refine value propositions and improve conversion
Represent Amplify at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM records with detailed activity tracking and pipeline updates
Provide forecasts, market feedback, and insights to senior leadership and the Chief Growth Officer
Contribute to a high-accountability culture where no task is above or below anyone

Required

A motivated hunter, persistent outreach, resourceful problem-solver, comfortable creating your own opportunities
Proven success driving outbound sales without relying on inbound leads
Experience selling to RIAs, broker-dealers, financial advisors, or deep familiarity with the RIA ecosystem
Strong understanding of WealthTech, custodial platforms, and ideally TAMP offerings
Exceptional communication skills, clear, confident, and able to tailor messaging to different advisory audiences
Highly organized with strong follow-through and pipeline discipline
Willingness to travel 25% (onsite) or 50% (remote)
Eligible to work in the U.S., sponsorship not available
