Tool & Die Tech - 2nd & 3rd Shift
Magna International is a leading provider of automotive technologies, seeking a dedicated Tool and Die Tech for 2nd or 3rd shift. The role involves maintaining tooling for quality production and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Maintain a safe and healthful workplace
Keeping tooling maintained to produce quality products
Assisting with continuous improvement of tooling
Housekeeping
Helping to make informed decisions
Having tooling ready for production runs
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
Post-secondary education preferred in tool and die, or related minimum of two years' experience in tool and die capacity
Journeyman Certification is a plus
Preferred
General knowledge of troubleshooting, materials and methods, machines and tools, and practical application of tooling
Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Minimum of two years on-the-job training with heavy industrial manufacturing experience in skilled trade capacity
Must be able to provide own tools
Must have basic knowledge of drafting (blueprint reading, dimension drawings, etc.)
Basic knowledge in automation
