Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting

Repair and maintain structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls, and building exteriors

Prepare vacant units for new move-ins, ensuring all standards are met

Inspect, maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems as needed

Complete preventative maintenance activities across assigned properties

Respond to 24-hour emergency maintenance requests (on a pre-scheduled rotation)

Perform grounds work such as trash pick-up, sweeping, and light landscaping

Maintain and service community pools as required

Coordinate and complete special projects as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager

Follow all safety and OSHA requirements

Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
