Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate design challenges with confidence

Take ownership as Lead Civil Engineer on rail and transit infrastructure projects

Lead design efforts for stations, tracks, rail facilities, and civil infrastructure, ensuring the highest technical standards

Serve as the client’s engineering expert, guiding them through complex design solutions

Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment

Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, while overseeing technical quality and regulatory compliance

Coordinate with subconsultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes

Conduct QA/QC reviews, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and design integrity

Contribute to business development efforts, demonstrating our technical excellence to clients and partners

Required

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

10+ years of civil engineering experience, ideally in rail and transit projects

Deep technical expertise across track design, station and rail facility design, utilities, and surface transportation systems

Comfortable in client-facing roles, confident in presenting complex engineering concepts

A natural mentor and leader, leading by example and inspiring teams to deliver technical excellence

Skilled in Civil3D, MicroStation/Geopak, or similar design software

Adept at preparing engineering plans, specifications, reports, and estimates

Collaborative, innovative, and committed to ethical, high-quality engineering practice
