Responsibilities

Lead metadata, lineage, domain modeling, and data contract practices
Implement governance frameworks and policy-to-architecture mapping
Enable semantic metadata alignment for AI and ontology collaboration
Define domain modeling standards, reusable templates and cross-domain integration patterns
Partner with business and technical teams for governed data product delivery and ensure alignment to enterprise standards
Develop governed data product templates, design packs, and documentation standards
Support intake, triage, and architecture reviews under the tiered engagement model
Promote cross-functional architecture skill development

Required

7–12+ years in data architecture, data modeling, or domain data design
Proven experience with metadata management, lineage, and domain modeling
Experience applying governance frameworks, metadata standards, lineage tools
Proven ability to translate business requirements into data architecture designs
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Clear communication and facilitation
Requirements translation and business engagement
Decision documentation and architecture reasoning
Influence across business, IT, and governance groups
Analytical thinking, problem-solving
Agile delivery mindset
Bachelor's or Master's in Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred

Experience with data product operating models or data mesh concepts
Familiarity with cataloging and governance platforms
Background working with regulated business domains or compliance frameworks
