Responsibilities

Partner with business and development teams to experiment/develop 1. best in and 2. worst out ML recommendation models for assortment modelling

Identify & experiment new features (data from catalog) to improve Propensity To Sell model accuracy

Research and identify opportunities to improve Geo and Climate clusters to improve overall PTS model performance

Develop Model cards (PowerBI or looker dashboard) for comparing PTS predictions vs Actual sales

For current Assortment planning ML models - Capture data/predictions drift and integrate advanced quality checks into the pipeline

Required

Rising juniors and seniors (as of summer 2026) enrolled in an undergraduate program with a focus on computer science, software development, or related technology fields

Experience in application development, distributed systems, machine learning, natural language processing, or AI

Demonstrated passion for learning and applying modern technology tools to create innovative solutions

Programming Proficiency in Python is essential

A strong grasp of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics

Proficiency in Google Cloud (GCP)/ Vertex AI

Hands-on experience with key libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and tools for specific tasks like NLTK for Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Preferred

Preference will be given to applicants with a GPA of at least 3.6

Preference will be given to those attending universities with highly rated Technology programs
